The supplier registration process enables you to set up netCOMPONENTS upload privileges with listings for one sales office location or for multiple locations enterprise wide. You can then set up any number of sales persons and contacts.*

Company Information

Your company must be in business for at least 1 year in order to register on netCOMPONENTS as a supplier. Format year as: 1997, 2023
netCOMPONENTS strongly recommends E-Mail attachment as the preferred upload method. Inventory files that are sent via this method are processed automatically in near real-time.
netCOMPONENTS strongly recommends an automated daily upload.

*Minimum requirements for supplier registration are 1) company must be doing business for at least one (1) year, 2) a company website URL must be included in registration form, and 3) all users must have a company-associated e-mail address.

Inventory Type

In-Stock Inventory is comprised of line items that are in stock at your own physical location and are available for same day shipment.

Not-In-Stock Inventory is comprised of line items that are not in stock at your own physical location and, in most cases, are not available for same day shipment. Not-In-Stock Inventory is comprised of inventory from other "sources" such as the stock of another supplier, OEM excess at the OEM's location, consignment not at your location, partner inventory, non-authorized factory stock, master distributor stock, and allocated inventory.
