* Minimum requirements for qualification are 1) company must be an OEM or CEM doing business for at least two (2) years, 2) a company web site URL must be included in registration form, and 3) all users must have a company-associated e-mail address. Qualification for OEM/CEM (Free) Membership, in addition to these minimum requirements, is based on a number of criteria designed to verify and validate a registrant's identity, business, and product(s). netCOMPONENTS reserves the right to determine qualification for OEM/CEM (Free) Membership at its sole discretion.
** Membership Fee is billed in advance quarterly and is valid for unlimited locations, unlimited users per location, and unlimited searches per user of your company. Quarterly invoices provide a discount option, offering one month free if member pays for one year in advance. Upon registering, member will be billed/charged for the current quarter on a pro-rated basis. Member may cancel membership at any time and will not be billed/charged for the following quarter. The preferred payment method for membership fees is credit card. For member convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If member is unable to pay by credit card, member may also pay by company check (on non-USA banks there is an additional $45.00(USD) fee for collection cost) or wire transfer (there is an additional $20.00(USD)T/T fee.) Members may switch payment methods at any time.
* ASBI10KUs and Level 2 Inventory Listings Minimums are billed in advance annually. Upon purchasing, supplier will be billed/charged through the end of the current quarter on a pro-rated basis. Supplier may cancel their service at any time and will not be billed/charged for the following annual term. The preferred payment method for ASBI10KU and Level 2 Inventory Listings Minimum fees is credit card. If supplier is unable to pay by credit card, supplier may also pay by company check (on non-USA banks there is an additional $45.00(USD) fee for collection cost) or wire transfer (there is an additional $20.00(USD)T/T fee.) Suppliers may switch payment methods at any time.
